Common questions about our loyalty program, membership tiers, and miles.

How do I join?: Every traveller is auto-enrolled in Tier-0 when their first booking is confirmed. To upgrade to Essential, Explorer, Voyager, or Founder's Circle, contact us or apply online once member login is available. Paid tiers are activated after offline payment (cash, bank transfer, FPS, or in-person) and staff verification.
Can I upgrade my tier?: Yes, upgrades between tiers are allowed. Founder's Circle upgrades are only possible while seats remain available (maximum 100 members).
Is there a lock-in period?: Only Founder's Circle has a one-year lock-in (MIG ALPHA Miles are locked during that period; discounts still apply). Essential, Explorer, and Voyager have no lock-in period. Tier changes or cancellations are handled manually through our team.
Do group booking discounts apply to everyone?: No. Only travellers with an active membership receive membership discounts and benefits on their portion of the booking.
